What about all the tears you cried
What about truth that you denied

And emotions that drove you mad

What about dreams you will pursue

And the Will to carry on and strive

What has happened to humanity
We watch as children die, hungry
We say there's nothing we could do
Then we wipe our tears as if it's dew

What has happened to our faith
To our loving healing warm embrace
To the magical power of our prayers
That lifts us up from our despairs

But it can't always be as bad
When there is love in what we had
