0 The River and Sea

I was born on Earth but I belong to God
I'm an Earth Angel on his serving Squad
And I'm not alone, there are many others
We come together as sisters and brothers

Cause it's time for Love to take a stand
And banish the darkness off its land
Once and for All, we will live as one
And enjoy the powers of our healing sun

We'll take a walk by the river and Sea
And watch them meet in complete harmony
Without a struggle or the need to win
They intertwine like the yang and the yin

They play without keeping score
And it's not because they are poor
But because they're rich beyond a number
Whether it winter, spring, or summer! ~

I wish you’d stay forever and more
I wish for us there won’t be a cure
I wish we’d have a second chance
To fall in Love from the first glance

I wish that Love would grow on trees
That fire burns all human disease
That fairy tales were not a dream
That happily ever after is not a scheme

I wish there’s hope to our despair
That we’d wake up and become aware
We’d praise the Lord for all the Good
For the bad and ugly, and what we could

It seems that wishing is overrated
While living is very understated
But I still wish cause it gives me hope
That tomorrow we will climb the slope ~

I sit across from my tree
To empty that which feels heavy
To tell her that I’ve made it through
Through the dark and into the blue

I can feel my body radiate
Vibrating to a higher state
With that which we are made from
When we found the inner kingdom

There’s never been an easier task
Like closing my eyes just to relax
To watch the thoughts which rule my world
And discard illusions that are so absurd

Yet the challenge has never been so hard
To find a reason to leave your bed
To find a purpose that was always there
Yet we keep on searching for it elsewhere

It’s funny how we look for years
Spending our lives changing gears
To seek that thing which gives us love
Until we find it deep, within our Selves ~

Today I'll take the longer way
Cause shortcuts have more to say
I'll take the path with fewer tracks
And pave my way in melted wax

Yesterday was just a dream
And nothing exists beyond the steam
Emptiness is harsh to feel
When your heart is filled, it's so unreal

I don't wanna be in that picture
That’s glued together like a joined venture
From the back it's torn apart
Saying "Ever After is just the start”

I’m trying to decide between you and the moon
But it’s taking too long or is it too soon?
Is it time to come out of your cocoon?
Or should I wait till it’s past noon!

I always say, the time is gone
Sooner or later the moon moves on
Leaving me behind, waiting for a sign
For a voice in my head to say I’ll be fine

What is love without some gloomy days
A feeling of despair like I’m lost in a maze
But will I ever learn the Earth’s ways
Or simply wait for a new phase?

0 The Lines of my Palm

I look at my hand to read my fate
Maybe the lines would change my state
Maybe the curves would become straight
So we could start with a brand new slate

Maybe I don't understand
What went wrong with my inner man
It's nothing that I really planned
Cause it happened without my demand

But it matters not what others say
It matters not what they survey
Cause I'm not a part of your statistics
I only care for your love and ethics

I simply care for your thoughts of kindness
For your heart's depth and Soul's fullness
For words stronger than "Ever After"
For morning smiles and Sunday laughter

Cause what if my palms changed the lines
Will your heart and mine forever align
Or will my fate run away to you
To be with you, eternally true!
